Check out our trail conditions! |
Bedford's warming hut and 5km of groomed ski trails are in Legacy Park near the intersection of Wallace Road and New Boston Road in Bedford, NH. We use equipment from Tidd Tech to maintain a surface for both skate and classical styles of skiing.
We encourage all pedestrian use of the ski trails. Recreational snowmobiles and other motorized vehicles are prohibited. We ask that non-skiers appreciate that the trails are groomed for skiing, and that they stay to the outside of the trails. While dogs and other pets are permitted, common courtesy requires that all pet messes be packed out or removed well away from the trails.
You may occasionally see a club member using a snowmobile and other equipment to groom the trails. We groom following any precipitation (including freezing rain!) and before scheduled events, such as races. Particularly when there has been wet snow or rain, we ask that you not use the trails until they have been groomed. Skiing prior to grooming can leave ruts and depressions in the snow which are difficult to remove.
From the intersection of Routes 101 and 114, take Route
114 north to the next signal light, then turn left onto New
Boston Road. Follow New Boston Road for 2 miles to a
traffic light. Legacy Park is the next left,
about 100m beyond that traffic light.
From Amherst and points west, take Route 101 into Bedford
to the first stoplight, the corner of Route 101 and Wallace
Road. Take a left onto Wallace Road, following it for
2-1/2 miles until you reach the traffic light at the intersection
with New Boston Road. Take a left onto New Boston Road.
Legacy Park is the next left, about 100m beyond the traffic light.
